12 tags of 2016 - Febrero

Ya he terminado mi tag de este mes para el reto del blog de Tim Holtz, él ha optado por un tema más romántico inspirado en San Valentín, como a mí no me va mucho he decidido inspirarme en los bosques y los pájaros.

I've already finished my mi tag of this month for the challenge of Tim Holtz's blog, he has made something more romantic inspired by Valentine's day, as I'm not a Valentine girl I'm inspired by forests and birds.

Esta vez también tenía todos los materiales, así que no voy a explicar las técnicas porque son las mismas que ha hecho Tim en su blog, como veis he ido jugando con diversos tonos de verde, aunque para el fondo he utilizado un azul la Distress Ink Broken China, pero es un color tan especial que da estos resultados tan buenos. Después de terminar el fondo añadí unos rombos rojos para romper con tanto verde y que no fuera tan monótono.

I've also had all the products this time, so I'm not going to explain the techniques because they are the same that Tim has made in his blog, as you see I've played with different tones of green, although for the background I've used a blue the Distress Ink Broken Chine, but it's a colour so special that gives you this result. Once I finished and saw the background I decided to add a red diamond shapes to change a bit and create a bit of contrast.

Para acabar estampé dos colibrís y los he coloreado con mis Spectrum Noir en tonos vivos, con las alas he querido seguir con los verdes turquesas, he añadido dos lentejuelas con forma de flor y la frase. Como veis el diseño es sencillo pero con las técnicas que nos ha mostrado Tim ha quedado genial, me encanta ese fondo que simula la vegetación y los pájaros volando para llegar a las flores. Espero que os guste.

To finish I've stamped two hummingbirds and I've coloured them with my Spectrum Noir pens in orange and pink, for the wings I've used turquoise, then I've added two flower sequins and the sentiment. As you see the desing is simple but the techniques by Tim Holtz have given it a special touch, I love that background that simulates vegetation and the two birds flying to go to the flowers. I hope you like it.
