Sobre y Tarjeta de Cumpleaños IX

Para la entrada de hoy he decidido publicar algo un poco diferente a mis últimos proyectos, con otra combinación de colores y tema. Una tarjeta de cumpleaños que hice para mi primo hace un tiempo.

For today's post I've decided to publish something a bit different from my last projects, with a different colour combo and theme. A birthday card I made a while ago for my cousin.

Para la parte exterior, he elegido estos papeles en tonos grises y he añadido un poco de textura en el fondo con una carpeta de embossing.

On the outside, I've chosen these papers with grey tones and I've added a bit of texture with an embossing folder.

En el interior, he querido dar un toque diferente con ese papel con estampado verde y la frase con polvos de embossing.

On the inside, I've wanted to give a different touch with that paper with green patter and the sentiment with embossing powders.

Para acabar, he hecho el sobre. Sólo lo he decorado con una tira de papel y de washi tape para no recargarlo.

To finish, I've made the envelope. I've just decorated it with a strip of paper and washi tape because I didn't want to overdecorate it.

Mañana empieza un nuevo reto en A Place To Start y el tema es elegir un color y jugar con diferentes tonos del mismo aunque también tenéis la opción de todo vale. Yo he querido jugar con el azul, que es uno de mis colores favoritos.

Tomorrow a new challenge starts on A Place To Start and the topic is ombre, any one colour with shades of that colour although you also have the anything goes option. I've played with blue, that is one of my favourite colours.

The Birth Of Spring

Hace unos días que empezó la primavera y ya se pueden ver las primeras flores y hojas verdes en los árboles. Esa idea ha inspirado estas páginas de mi diario artístico.

A few days ago springtime started and you can already see the first flowers and green leaves in trees. That idea has inspired these pages of my art journal.

Me encanta jugar con las formas y dobleces de las tarjetas para conseguir algo especial y diferente. Y si encima tienen una sorpresa en el interior como ésta, el resultado final es mejor.

I love to play with the shapes and folds of cards to get something special and different. And if they also have a surprise inside as this one, the final result is better.
