The short summer nights with their meteor showers have inspired me to create this nocturnal scene in a coastal village.
Primero he recortado una cartulina blanca y con mis sellos y papel de enmascarar he hecho una calle del pueblo. Después, con tinta azul, una plantilla y agua he conseguido ese fondo oscuro con esas ondas.
First, I've cut a white cardboard and I've made the street of the village with my stamps and mask paper. After that, I've got that dark background with those waves with blue ink, a stencil and water.
He coloreado las casas y la luna con acuarelas marrones, azules y plateadas. Para las estrellas he usado acuarela blanca. Y luego, con unos polvos de embossing he recreado el mar en la parte inferior. Para terminar, he hecho la frase con estas pegatinas de alfabetos.
I've coloured the houses and the moon with brown, blue and silver watercolours. I've used white watercolours for the starts. And then, I've recreated the sea with embossing powders in the lower part. To finish, I've made the sentiment with those ABC's stickers.
