A Place To Start September 2023

La verdad es que el tema de este mes en el reto de A Place To Start (glitter o brillo) es uno esos que me hacen pasar un rato pensando qué hacer. Porque aunque a veces añado un poco de brillo, nunca es el protagonista de mis proyectos y lógicamente eso es algo nuevo para mí. Si tenéis también ese problema os recuerdo que como siempre también podéis jugar con la opción de todo vale.

The truth is the new theme of this month on the A Place To Start challenge (all that glitters) is one of those that make me spend a while thinking what to make. Because although sometimes I add a bit of glitter, it is never the protagonist of my projects and logically it's something new for me. If you also have this problem I remind you as always you can play with the anything goes option.

Aunque ya veis que al final he hecho un tag que cumplía con la idea de este reto. Para ello, he cambiado el color del fondo con una plantilla, tinta y agua. Después, he derretido unos polvos de embossing en los bordes. Me encantan estos polvos porque tienen esta preciosa combinación de oro, plata y negro brillante.

Although you can see at the end I've made a tag that meets the idea of this challenge. For that, I've changed the colour of the background with a stencil, ink and water. After that, I melted the embossing powders on the edges. I love these powders because they have this gorgeous combination of golden, silver and shiny black.

Por último, he pegado la cartulina negra, he añadido un poco más de glitter y la frase. Me gusta el resultado final, es elegante y además es una combinación de colores que no uso muy a menudo. Y a partir de mañana empieza el nuevo reto y podré ver cuáles son vuestros proyectos.

Finally, I glued the black cardboard, I've added a bit more glitter and the sentiment. I like the final result a lot, it's elegant and it's also a colour combo I don't use frequently. And from tomorrow on the new challenge starts and I will be able to see what your projects are.
