Sobre y Tarjeta de Cumple Medio Año

Happy half birthday Claudia!

Una compañera de trabajo me pidió hacer una tarjeta porque había hecho un regalo muy especial para su nieta y se lo iba a dar al cumplir seis meses, le pregunté que frase quería y entre las dos se nos ocurrió la que podéis ver en la foto.

A colleague from my job asked me to make a card because she had made a very special gift for her granddaughter and she was going to give her in her half birthday, I asked her what sentiment wanted and between she and I got the idea you can see in the pic.

Escogí este gato tan mono para ser el protagonista y lo coloreé con mis rotuladores. Para el fondo utilicé una plantilla, tintas en rosa y gris y mis polvos perlados. En el interior jugué con la técnica del ghosting y la misma tinta rosa para decorar el papel.

I chose this cutie cat to be the protagonist and I coloured it with my markers. I used a stencil, pink and grey inks and my pearl powders to make the background.  On the inside I played with the ghosting technique and the same pink ink to decorate the paper.

El sobre lo he hecho con un papel morado y rosa que tiene un dibujo geométrico y lo he decorado con cinta y lentejuelas.

I've made the envelope with a purple and pink paper that has a geometrical drawing and I've decorated it with ribbon and sequins.

Creo que conseguido una tarjeta muy cuqui y por lo que me ha dicho mi compañera a los padres de la niña les gustó mucho y esto segura que en un futuro Claudia sentirá lo mismo.

I think I got a super cute card and my colleague told me the kid's parents liked it a lot and I'm sure Claudia will feel the same in a future.
