Tarjeta con fondo coloreado con Gelatos

Me encanta colorear y por eso me gusta tener diferentes materiales para hacerlo como tintas, lápices, rotuladores, etc., y con esta tarjeta decidí jugar con los Gelatos, los tengo desde hace algún tiempo pero todavía no los había utilizado mucho, y después del ver el resultado final me encantan, crean unos fondos muy bonitos y voy a seguir experimentando con ellos en futuros proyectos, a continuación os cuento como he hecho esta tarjeta.

I love colouring for that reason I love to have different stuff to do it as inks, pens, markers, etc., and with this card I decided to play a bit with Gelatos, I have them a few time ago but I haven't still used them much, and after seeing the finished card I have to say I love them, they make a beautiful backgrounds and I'm going to go on playing with them in future projects, now I tell you how I've made this card.

Primeros pasos para hacer la tarjeta / First steps to make the card

Para el fondo he utilizado un trozo de papel de 13x10 centímetros ó 5^1/8x4 pulgadas, he entintado con Versamark un sello con una frase y lo he estampado en el centro, después he embosado polvos de embossing transparente. A continuación he pintado con unos Gelatos amarillo, azul, verde y rosa claro el fondo y para mezclar los colores he utilizado pincel y agua, quería darle un efecto acuarela, he retocado algunos puntos con un poco más de color y como me parecía que el centro quedaba un poco sosín le he dado vida con un tono naranja.

For the background I have used a piece of paper of 13x10 centimetres or 5^1/8x4 inches, I have inked with Versamark Ink a stamp with a sentence and I've stamped it in the middle, after that I've embossed clear embossing powder. Then I've colouring the paper with yellow, blue, green and pale pink Gelatos, to mix all them I've used a brush and water, I wanted to have a watercolour effect, and as I thought the centre needed more life I've used a bit of orange.

Los toques finales / the final touches

Y para acabar necesitamos un trozo de cartulina malva de 15x12 centímetros ó 8^5/8x5^5/8 pulgadas (doblaríamos la cartulina a la mitad de 15 o de 8^5/8 para crear la tarjeta), como a mí no me gusta quedar los interiores vacíos he cogido unos sellos y los he entintado con Versamark para crear unas marcas de agua en la primera mitad, la otra parte la dejo para escribir unas palabritas. Por último he pegado el papel en la parte delantera de la tarjeta y lo he adornado con unas lentejuelas y cuerda, algo sencillo pero que ha quedado genial.

To finish we need a piece of mauve cardstock of 15x12 centimetres or 8^5/8x5^5/8 inches (we would score the cardstock in the middle of 15 or of 8^5/8 to make the card), as  I don't like empty spaces in the inside of my cards I have inked a stamps with Versamark again and I've stamped them to make a watermarks in the first half, the other half I use it to write a few words. And to finish I've sticked the piece of paper in the front card and I've decorated it with a sequins and string, something simple but I think it has given it a special touch.

Como veis es una tarjeta rápida de hacer pero que con muy pocos adornos ha quedado genial y sobre todo es muy alegre con ese fondo que he hecho con mis Gelatos.

As you see is a card you make fastly and although it doesn't have much decoration I think it's wonderful and more with that bright background I have made with my Gelatos.
