Sobre y Tarjeta de Jubilación

La entrada de hoy es sobre esa clase de proyectos que no enseñaba desde hacía mucho tiempo, porque por un lado he hecho un sobre y tarjeta con un diseño coordinado, y por otro es también una tarjeta de jubilación. 

Today's post is about those kinds of projects I haven't shown you for a long time, because on the one hand I've made a card and a matching envelope, and on the other hand it's also a retirement card.

Esta vez he intentado darle un toque masculino porque era para uno de los antiguos compañeros de trabajo de mi madre. Por esa razón he usado tonos grises, verdes y azules. Como veis, he jugado con el papel troquelando las letras y la forma y luego creando el fondo del interior.

This time I've tried to give it a male touch because it was for one of my mother's former male coworkers. For that reason I've used grey, blue and grey tones. As you see, I've played with the paper cutting the letters, the shape and after that creating the background on the inside.

Para acabar, he añadido esa arpillera que le da textura y además crea contraste con las letras blancas. A continuación, empecé con el sobre. Cuando escogí el papel buscaba un diseño parecido pero diferente y con los mismos tonos y creo que acerté.

To finish, I've added that burlap that adds texture and it also creates contrast with the white letters. Then, I started the envelope. I was searching for a similar design but different and with the same tones and I think I was right.

Para decorarlo añadí esas estrellas y el washi tape. Un diseño sencillo y elegante y que por lo que sé le gustó mucho a su destinatario.
