Nocturnal Creatures

Ya os comenté hace un año más o menos en esta entrada que me encantan las brujas, los libros de hechizos, etc., y estamos muy cerca de Halloween así que me he sentido inspirada y hecho una página muy mágica y de paso participo en el reto del blog Entre Chocolate y Scrap por primera vez.

I told you one year ago more or less in this post I love witches, spellbooks, etc., and Halloween is this week so I've felt inspired and I've made a very magic page and with it I take part in the Entre Chocolate y Scrap blog's challenge for first time.

Para crear el fondo he pegado papel cebolla y le he dado una capa de gesso negro mezclado con un poco de agua, después he añadido sellos y pintado con plantillas con diferentes colores por toda la página.

I've glued tissue paper to create the background, I've painted it with black gesso mixed with a bit of water, after that I've added stamps and I've painted with stencils with different colours over all the page.

Para completar la página he usado dos imágenes que he transferido y coloreado con mis rotuladores, la bruja es de la página web The Graphics Fairy, como veis no es la típica bruja mala y en cuanto la vi supe que tenía que ponerla en uno de mis proyectos, las ruinas son de un libro sobre Irlanda del siglo XIX que encontré en la galería de la British Library.

I've used two images I've transferred and coloured them with my markers to complete the page, the witch is from the web site The Graphics Fairy, as you see is not the typical bad witch and when I saw it I knew I have to put it in one of my projects, the ruins are from a XIX century book about Ireland I found in the gallery of the British Library.

Para acabar he estampado la frase con unos sellos de un alfabeto que tengo. Sobre el libro de hechizos que os comenté quería hacer en la entrada de hace un año ya estoy trabajando en él, todavía no lo he terminado y quiero hacerlo sin prisas, en cuanto esté os lo enseñaré, no penséis que me había olvidado de él 😉.

I've stamped the sentiment with an ABC's stamps I have.  About the spellbook I told you in the post of one year ago I wanted to make I'm already working in it, but I haven't still finished it and I want to make it with no hurries, so when it's ready I will show it here, don't think I had forgotten about it 😉.
